The Evergreen Lease is a visionary alternative to purchasing carpet, which offers a means of responsible environmental stewardship for our clients and Interface.
By using a "less is more" concept, client carpet needs can be met initially and rejuvenated periodically, prolonging the useful life of the carpet.

Large initial capital expenditures are eliminated and replaced by predetermined monthly billings.
Monthly billings are actually a "lease" on the flooring systems and the services associated with them.
Delivering value by combining product and service over time provides tremendous opportunities to reduce the life-cycle footprint of commercial buildings.

In this process, Interface design, installation and maintenance experts are consulted with regard to the appropriate selection of Interface products and services to meet the budget and design criteria
of the client, while maximising the useful life of the material.
Through one monthly payment the Evergreen Lease provides these benefits from the widest array of modular carpet, carpet, raised/access flooring and on-site services available anywhere today.
The Evergreen Lease includes, but is not limited to the following features:

All Interface and Heuga brand products, product selection and design are established with future needs in mind. Professional Interface Re:Source on-site services for installation, maintenance, selective replacement and reclamation.
Periodic changes of heavy wear areas can be incorporated into the plan.
Flexible add, change, or remove facilities or services.
A combination of new and reused (from the customer's site) carpet may be reconfigured to rejuvenate the space; much less material is used than in an overall replacement.Add "Churn Management" Services at any time, including Renovisions furniture handling, life cycle cable management and more Interface guarantee for your complete satisfaction.

The result is several fold:

Reducing the total life cycle costs and environmental footprint of flooring services;
Eliminating multiple transaction costs of flooring products and services;
Providing a single, accountable source of contact for the customer's total flooring needs; Creating the conditions where Interface's expertise is utilised to maximise the life of materials being used; Creating the conditions where fundamental product redesign is driven to maximise delivery of value over multiple life cycles rather than by minimising internal costs at the date of purchase.
Interface continues to own the flooring for its useful life in the building, ensuring that as product is replaced, it is either used again or reclaimed and recycled, rather than ending up in landfill.
In the end, Interface recovers its product asset and chooses how to best integrate used product components back into the sustainability process.
